My training philosophy is focused on strength and performance. Executing each exercise correctly and precisely has proven the best results in muscle growth. Slow and steady muscle contractions are key to building strength at any age, as well as proper nutrition.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor with 20 years of experience. I hold a B.S. degree in Corporate Fitness and am a certified Maddogg Spinning instructor and a certified Les Mills Body Pump instructor.
I have trained individuals of all ages through the years. As a midlife woman, my passion is helping other midlife and older women who have never stepped into a gym, or those who want to focus on building muscle and gain balance to live a stronger more plentiful life.
